Founded in 2000, SHH Industries manufactures a diverse product portfolio including endpoles, injection-moulded parts, automotive connectors, soldering wire, DC fans, harness wires, anti-acidic fasteners, ePTFE membranes and more.
With over 500 employees and a rapidly expanding product range, the company required a comprehensive, end-to-end EQMS to modernise its quality operations.
SHH Industries was experiencing rapid growth and expanding its product lines, creating a clear need to strengthen operational efficiency and quality oversight. As the business scaled, it became important to streamline documentation management, standardize processes, and ensure timely employee training—while also improving end-to-end traceability across CAPA and non-conformance activities.
To support these evolving requirements, SHH Industries began evaluating a comprehensive, end-to-end QMS for automotive industry, built specifically to address sector-specific quality and compliance needs.

As part of the engagement, TecWork will deploy 10 user licenses. The implementation plan is designed to achieve a go-live phase in 1–2 months. The deployment is expected to strengthen document traceability, streamline CAPA processes, reduce operational risks, and elevate compliance readiness, especially with demanding automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949:2016, which the parent group already holds.
