Basecamp FleetPro- Terms of Use

Basecamp FleetPro, A FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, IS PROVIDED TO YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (hereinafter “You” or “Your”) BY THE APPLICABLE TecWork Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ENTITY LISTED HERE (hereinafter “TecWork”), ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (hereinafter “Terms”) IN ADDITION TO TECWORK GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. USE OF BASECAMP FLEETPRO SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED OR USE Basecamp FLEETPRO IN ANY MANNER.

Accessing other TecWork Services

TecWork products and services require separate User License and Login. They can’t be used with Basecamp FleetPro Login. Use of all of these Services may require acceptance of terms of service specific to such TecWork Services (hereinafter “Service Specific Terms”). You must read, understand, and accept the Service Specific Terms before using the corresponding TecWork Service.

Usage Limits for Basecamp FleetPro

TecWork may permit usage limits based on the subscription plan chosen by you. You must make sure that your usage is within the usage limits of the plan subscribed by you in order to avail uninterrupted services. You understand that TecWork may restrict an activity if you reach the usage limit corresponding to such activity.

TecWork’s Customer Satisfaction Policy

At TecWork we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using for your business or professional life. You have a number of choices, and we appreciate you giving us your business. Thank You. We have created this policy that details about Refund Policy.

Monthly Subscriptions: If at any time during your first month using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. However, TecWork doesn’t provide any Refund or Downgrade of the monthly subscription plan.

Annual Subscriptions: TecWork provides different subscription options and doesn't force you into an annual subscription as a condition to use our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose. In exchange for you signing up for an annual up-front commitment, we offer you a significant discount over the already-low monthly subscription cost. If at any time during using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. However, TecWork doesn’t provides any Refund or Downgrade of the Annual subscription plan.

Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription: TecWork doesn’t support or offer any downgrade of the Annual subscription plan.

Auto-Renewal: For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew (as per the RBI guidelines) until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.

We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer want until it has already been charged. TecWork will not process any Refund in that case too.
