TECWORK PRODUCTS, ARE PROVIDED TO YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (hereinafter “You” or “Your”) BY THE APPLICABLE TecWork Pvt. Ltd. ENTITY LISTED HERE (hereinafter “TecWork”), ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (hereinafter “Terms”) IN ADDITION TO TECWORK GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. USE OF TECWORK PRODUCTS SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED OR USE Basecamp FLEETPRO IN ANY MANNER.
Accessing other TecWork Services
TecWork products and services require separate User License and Login. They can’t be used with same Login. Use of all of these Services may require acceptance of terms of service specific to such TecWork Services (hereinafter “Service Specific Terms”). You must read, understand, and accept the Service Specific Terms before using the corresponding TecWork Service.
Usage Limits for TECWORK PRODUCTS
TecWork may permit usage limits based on the subscription plan chosen by you. You must make sure that your usage is within the usage limits of the plan subscribed by you in order to avail uninterrupted service. You understand that TecWork may restrict an activity if you reach the usage limit corresponding to such activity.
Software Updates and Upgrades
TecWork regularly updates and upgrades its products to improve functionality, security, and performance. These updates may include bug fixes, enhancements, and new features. You will receive updates as part of your subscription at no additional cost, provided that you are in compliance with the Terms. TecWork reserves the right to schedule updates during low-peak times to minimize disruption to your service.
Updates and Modifications
TecWork reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and the General Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of TecWork products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
TecWork reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to its products and services if you breach any of these Terms or the General Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of TecWork products and services and remove any related software or materials.
